You aren't satisfied with your search results? Here you can find some tipps to optimize your search request.

Type failures

Please check your search request in regards with possible type failures (e.g. "shorts" instead of "hsorts") and make your correction if possible. The search should be normally tolerant towards failures, which means you still receive good results although existing typing mistakes.

Alternative keywords

Try different keywords, e.g. "cushion" instead of "pillow". Use various combinations and synonyms, but not too many at once (max. 3-4 keywords).

General keywords

Use more general keywords instead of special ones, e.g. "blanket" instead of "fleece blanket". That's how you increase the number of results.

No punctuation marks and special characters

Don't use any punctuation marks (comma, dot, question mark etc.) and special characters (hyphen, €, @, $ etc.), except those characters are part of the title of the searched product (e.g. spider-man).

Entry of order numbers

Please consider the correct entry of order numbers from our catalogue or newsletters/ flyers. They should contain the hyphen and dot, e.g. G-123.456!

Poke in our categories

If your special search didn't lead you to any results, poke within our shop categories of the navigation bar above (e.g. within posters, textiles etc.).
